The hotel offered a continental buffet breakfast, a nice touch. We were able to enjoy a variety of options to start our day. The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. One more advantage that we enjoyed was the cleanliness of the rooms. They were well-maintained and kept tidy throughout our stay.
The room size was disappointingly small. It made us feel quite cramped, especially during the Christmas holiday when we wanted some extra space to relax.

We were kinda surprised by the vintage charm of the hotel. The location was great, close to transportation and surrounded by authentic Italian restaurants. The coffee machine was excellent and the AC worked perfectly. Overall I'd recommend this hotel for a short stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Firstly, the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed. Marco in particular was exceptional and made my stay memorable. Secondly, the location of the hotel was excellent, being close to the train station and situated in a nice area. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a good breakfast included. this hotel provides great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

I had a great stay at this hotel. its location is fantastic, being very close to the main train station. It's in a nice area with plenty of transportation options and restaurants nearby. Secondly, the staff was very friendly and attentive, especially Daniella at the reception. She made my stay even better with her amazing service. Lastly, the rooms are well-maintained and kept very clean. They have all the basic amenities you need, including a comfortable double bed. Plus, the breakfast included option had very good freshly-brewed coffee.
The only minor issue I had was that some repairs in the room were needed, such as a loose shelf in the bathroom.

We had a great stay at Hotel Serena! The location was perfect, close to the train station and popular attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, with daily housekeeping.
